You don’t need, nor will you want, to use soy sauce on anything you order from Uchi. The fish was so fresh, all of the flavor profiles were inventive, fresh, and just super delicious. The gyutoro was so insanely good. If you like beef, it’s a must order. It just melts in your mouth like butter. And the cocktails were delicious. Be prepared to spend about $200 per person. Everything was phenomenal. Highly recommend!

There are some dining experiences that are good, and there are some dining experiences that are great. And then there is Uchi, that transforms the dining experience and elevates it to another level altogether and wows you.The service and the food at Uchi were exceptional. Often, the server just threw in a couple of complementary appetizers just to get us to try them. Everything that we had was fantastic.The food menu is extensive and everything was so good, but the fried chicken was one of the best i’ve ever had!Would love to go back to Uchi! Highly recommend!

The experience in Uchi is incredible. If you don’t know what to order (since everything is so delicious), the bartender customizes a menu for you depending on what you like and how much you want to eat. Each item food item is made with care, and its flavor is so complex. The food runners would explain to you each food item with detail, they would give recommendations about where to start, eat it hot or explain what area of the tuna you were gonna eat. On top of that, you can pair your food with an incredible selection of sake. If you’re unsure about what sake to order, the bartender can give you choices about their sake selection. Great customer service, food presentation, and taste. I would definitely come back !!

I LOVED this place! I came for happy hour and was not disappointed. We had a fabulous G&T and every single dish was mouth watering. Everything from the presentation to the flavor profiles was incredible. The freshest fish and most thoughtful dishes. And the oysters with the passion fruit gel… *chefs kiss*You HAVE to experience this food, I was totally floored! I’m definitely coming back for lunch or dinner.

THE CHEF

It is headed by Bravo’s Top Chef Season 13’s Winner, Chef Jeremy Ford. When the show was filmed, he was Jean-Georges Vongerichten's right-hand man at the Matador Room in Miami Beach. A Florida native, the 32-year-old chef also studied under Ludo Lefebvre in Los Angeles. He has been devoted to cooking since he met his maternal grandmother at the age of 14.
