Amazing food, phenomenal views, the best service! I am not a fan on whiskey drinks, the one my husband got was the best drink I’ve ever tasted! We got the seafood tower, drinks, and dessert. We can’t wait to go back next year!

I’ve eaten at Novikov twice now over the last couple of years, the best way to describe the food is Asian with a Russian flair. The food is outstanding, the atmosphere is electric, and the service is impeccable. This resturant is one of my favorite places to dine within the United States, the experience overall is fantastic!

The view is definitely nice. The pineapple martini was good, I ordered the lobster and crab Benedict and it was tasty. I did pull a medium length hair out of my food. They also cooked my partners eggs incorrectly the first time even though he requested them different. Other than that, everything was good.Edit: when receiving the bill they forced an 18% tip onto the total. We would have tipped regardless, however, according to Google it is against Florida law for the company to determine the tip amount. Will not be back.

Area 31 is on 16th floor of Epic hotel. A restaurant with a view. We ordered rosé, cocktails, salmon, risotto and salad. Everything was delicious but portions are small. Loved everything- the view, food and service. Must visit. Valet parking is a hassle so make sure to arrive on time or park somewhere else.

ABOUT

Everything you need to know about visiting downtown Miami’s Area 31 Restaurant (270 Biscayne Blvd Way).

Even if it didn’t boast one of the city’s most spectacular views—the Miami skyline is laid out in front of you from the 16th floor of the EPIC Hotel—Executive chef Sezer Deniz’s innovative, sustainable seafood offerings, much of it sourced from the waters you can gaze out upon, would surely be packing in the patrons. The menu changes regularly, but expect fresh, Mediterranean-inspired dishes like horiatiki (Greek salad), roasted scallops with kombu-infused smoked cauliflower and short rib cokertme (Turkish steak and chips), along with engaging tableside experiences.

Happy hour with a view

Area 31’s Friday Social Hour is one of Miami’s most popular—it boasts one of the most impressive views of downtown Miami and Brickell Avenue. The deal runs from 5 to 8pm and features $8 to $10 cocktails and $10 bar bites, plus tunes from resident DJs and the occasional live musical guest. Another reason to dash here after work? Watching the sunset over the Miami skyline from the 16th-floor rooftop bar.
