Terrible customer service. Received notification mid December my item was being shipped, still nothing.Emailed several times for updates and no response. When I finally said I want to cancel/get refund a few days ago that’s when they shipped it that day!They didn’t even try apologizing or acknowledging at all that I in fact asked for refund. Will be contacting my credit card. This place is a fraud for a business.
Have been contacting them for weeks to cancel an order because it’s been over a month and has not shipped so I no longer need it. They responded once and offered me a different color and completely disregarded me asking to cancel. I had to escalate a claim on pay pal because they refuse to answer me now or offer any help. Would not recommend!!
Very disappointed as Roxann will not cooperate in communicating! I have requested a refund or replacement of items that I have paid for since November and still no response! Package was shipped to wrong address and seller should be responsible in fulfilling order or refund!
Boutique was not prepared to handle an influx of orders after an Instagram push. After over a week USPS still does not have any info on my order despite the label being created the day after. I also have not heard back in 4 business days on a direct email to the store to inquire about my order.They finally sent a mass email out to clients apologizing for the delay, but again the estimates provided in this email were not accurate and there have not been any updates since. The ball was dropped here and I wish there was better communication so I knew to look for a backup gift earlier on.1/5/23 Update: Downgrading my review from 2 to 1 star. There are still no updates on my order. I have asked repeatedly for a more precise delivery estimation and have not heard back. This is the worse customer service I have experienced EVER. The company responded to one of my inquiries simply sharing the tracking number which is useless when there have been no updates since the label was created. I try to support small business, but this company is not one I will support anymore. They need to do better at communicating and customer service if they don’t have the capacity to handle these orders.
Order has no shipped. Called they said it was a back order. Not specified on website. USPS label printed since 12/1. Does not update. Horrible customer service. Avoid the headache.
