Gramercy is a very nice photo op spot. Entertainment is awesome. Food and drinks are good but could be better (only reason they didnāt get 5stars). Service was good our first waitress didnāt speak English so we for another one. She was very good explaining everything since it was my first time. Menu selection is not big so we ordered drinks, appetizers, and sushi. Overall everything was very nice. We had calamari which was seasoned perfectly. Crab cake was ok. Surf and turf sushi was ok. Deviled eggs were seasoned and good. They have dancers and violin players at different times which is a nice touch. Teddy bear and phone props had to be asked for but really set for an enjoyable photo op night.
It’s a beautiful place with great photo opportunities. The people were nice and our server was amazing. I absolutely loved how clear the mimosas got during the refills, lol

What an experience!!! The food is phenomenal , the ambiance is fun and classy. The Service is remarkable, there is staff everywhere from the moment you enter to the bathroom attendant, really outstanding service which is lacking in many places these days. Great wine list too!! Absolutely loved the entire experience. The risotto was unparalleled! Definitely recommend it!!
The service was so disappointing, if you get the waiter Gregory just ask for a new one. We got to the restaurant at 8 and did not get seated till 8:37 (It wasnāt crazy busy being that It was super bowl Sunday). Once we sat at your table, no one came to introduce themselves or serve us WATER for another 15 minutes. We placed our full order due to the fact everything was taking so long. It took another 10 minutes to get water once our appetizer arrived to the table, our glass of wine arrived after we finished our appetizer. The food was okay and finally when the wait came after not being present the entire course we asked for bill and requested to go boxes. He came back with the pictures you see below a dirty beat up bag, not what I expected from this place. When the bill came he did not want to give us the machine to pay as if he was hiding It and we proceed to ask if gratuity was included he responded āyes but the 18% goes to the house not for himā which is a lie because I have worked in the restaurant business. Iām super disappointed with the service. This place has so much potential the atmosphere was amazing but service was not.
